WHAT IS NTSE
The NTSE is a examination that is conducted by the NCERT with aim of finding talented student in the country and give them scholarship. In this approx 30 lack students are appear every year from which only 1000 students are selected for the scholarship in the country. It is a most prestigious exam in country . This is a 10th level scholarship examination in which Indias most talented students are find for giving them scholarship by Indian Government.SCHOLARSHIP IN NTSE
In this exam there is three type of scholarship are given on the basis of classes.Once a student is selected for this scholarship he get scholarship till PHD but amount will change according to classes .These are as1. 11th-12th :- In these classes selected students are get scholarship of RS.1250 per/month.
2. U.G. & P.G :- In these the selected student get a scholarship of RS.2000 per/month.
3. PH.D :- In these classes the selected student get the scholarship according to the UGC criteria.
ELIGIBILITY
There are following eligibility for the student who wants to appear in this examination.1. Only 10th students appear in this examination.
2. He should be citizen of India.[ Indian citizen studying in abroad also appear in this].
FORM FEE & DATE
The application fee for stage 1 will be decided as per their individual state. There is no fee for stage 2 examination.
The notification of this examination is released in the mid July & August . The examination will take place in NOV.
SELECTION PROCESS
For the selection of this scholarship students has to clear the two stage of the examination . In which stage first is conducted by the state government . In which total 8387 [in 2019-20] students are selected from all the states . That are appear in the stage 2 examination .In stage 1st every state quota has fixed.EXAM PATTERN
Its exam is done in two stages . In first stage the state government take the exam of students of their state . This exam will take place in 2-papers . paper-1 and paper-2. . In both the stage their is no negative marking is present . All the questions are MCQ types.STAGE-1
In this stage a state level exam is done .In this exam approx 8000 students are selected from all the states .This is a qualifying exam . This exam is done in offline mode by the state government. Its notification also released by state governments. In this stage total 200 questions solved in 240 minutes. In which 100 of MAT and 100 of SAT .PAPER-1
The first paper is of MAT [mental ability test]. In this paper total 100 questions to be solved in 120 minutes of 100 marks.PAPER-2
The second paper of this Is of SAT [Scholastic ability test]. In this paper total 100 questions to be solved in 120 minutes of 100 marks.

SYLLABUS
There are two different syllabus for both the stages. As a told you that it is a 10th level examination . In both stages mainly questions are asked from the 9th-10th books. But inSTAGE-1>>>
The questions are come from the 9th-10th book of sate board. [Means if you belong from up than you need to read the only up board 9th-10th book for stage-1.]
STAGE-2>>>
As you know that stage 2 is a national level examination and it is conducted by NCERT. So in this stage the questions are asked from from the NCERT 9th-10th books. But the topics of MAT and SAT that are prescribed are as.MAT===>
This section would test your reasoning ability.It also test your observation skills,visualization space & spectrial orientation.SAT>>>
It would test yo in fields of math ,science,social-science. There are no prescribed syllabus for SAT .BOOKS
